Taxation of nicotine products
A federal tax now applies:
\u2022 Nicotine e-liquids: CHF 2.\u2013 per 10 ml bottle.
\u2022 Sealed cartridges: CHF 0.40.\u2013 per 2 ml pod.

Advertising and promotion: extended restrictions
Advertising for vaping products is now prohibited:
