In our shop, we talk with you to find a suitable device, without automatically steering you towards the most expensive or most powerful model.

Before you leave, you can ask all your questions. We show you how to fill your device, prepare and replace the coil, select settings and maintain your equipment. We explain the charging instructions and precautions provided by the manufacturer.

We can also discuss e-liquid, its compatibility with your device and your nicotine choice. Our aim is for you to understand what you are using and feel comfortable with everyday use.

Reducing mistakes and unpleasant surprises

An unsuitable coil, misunderstood settings or an e-liquid that does not suit your equipment can lead to a disappointing experience. Explaining things in person helps us identify misunderstandings and give you guidance to avoid common mistakes. Any device can develop a problem, but you know whom to contact.

Ongoing support is part of our work

Our relationship does not end at the checkout. You can return with a question, a setting to adjust or changing needs. We go over the explanations with you and look for a solution together.

Stopping nicotine can bring strong cravings and discomfort. This does not mean your effort is doomed to fail.

What you may experience

Irritability, difficulty concentrating, disturbed sleep and increased appetite can accompany withdrawal. Their intensity and duration vary from person to person.

Choose a simple activity in advance that suits you: walking, moving to another room or calling someone you trust. Note the situations you find difficult and prepare a response for each one. The aim is to avoid having to improvise every time.

When should you seek help?

A doctor, pharmacist or smoking cessation service can discuss the treatments and strategies available. Medicines and nicotine replacement products cannot be selected solely on the basis of the strength printed on an e-liquid.

A lower strength on the bottle is not enough to describe your consumption. The amount of liquid used and your habits also matter.

Understand the units

A value in mg/ml describes a concentration. For example, 10 ml at 6 mg/ml contains a total of 60 mg of nicotine in the liquid. This calculation does not represent the amount absorbed by your body.

Keep a simple record

You can record the nicotine strength, the volume of liquid used and when cravings are strongest. This record helps you discuss your progress with a professional. It cannot automatically convert vaping into a number of cigarettes.

Change one thing at a time

The NHS recommends paying attention to how you feel when lowering nicotine strength. Vaping more after a reduction may indicate that the change was too fast. Avoid applying the same programme to everyone.

Two products containing CBD do not necessarily fall under the same rules. In Switzerland, classification depends in particular on their presentation and intended use.

Swissmedic publishes an overview prepared with the competent authorities. It distinguishes different product categories. The presence of CBD alone does not make a product an authorised medicine.

Practical checks

Before buying, examine the composition, indicated use, warnings and manufacturer identification. A vague presentation or a promise of a cure should prompt you to ask for more information.

An oil is not automatically an e-liquid

Do not use a product for a purpose other than its declared use. “CBD” does not mean an oil can be put in a vaping device. Check the instructions and intended purpose.
