Choosing a device with you
An e-cigarette is about more than a photo or a specification sheet. Your experience, your habits, the draw you enjoy and the simplicity you want matter too. In our shop, we talk with you to find a suitable device, without automatically steering you towards the most expensive or most powerful model.
Taking time to explain
Before you leave, you can ask all your questions. We show you how to fill your device, prepare and replace the coil, select settings and maintain your equipment. We explain the charging instructions and precautions provided by the manufacturer.
We can also discuss e-liquid, its compatibility with your device and your nicotine choice. Our aim is for you to understand what you are using and feel comfortable with everyday use.
Reducing mistakes and unpleasant surprises
An unsuitable coil, misunderstood settings or an e-liquid that does not suit your equipment can lead to a disappointing experience. Explaining things in person helps us identify misunderstandings and give you guidance to avoid common mistakes. Any device can develop a problem, but you know whom to contact.
Ongoing support is part of our work
Our relationship does not end at the checkout. You can return with a question, a setting to adjust or changing needs. We go over the explanations with you and look for a solution together.
